Pros
Free services, usually a fun group of girls to work with. It can definitely be a great place to work when managed well.
Cons
Very poor management, disorganized and chaotic. Often couldn't get a hold of a manager or director the majority of the day, which made situations difficult to manage. Guests concerns or complaints generally went unaddressed by those that had the authority to take care of them, phone calls were not returned, etc. Scheduling was a problem almost every day, with guests being double booked or entire 8 hour schedules without a provider to cover them. No incentive for efficient work, everybody makes their hourly pay regardless of productivity.
