      Working from home and good managers

      Deceitful wording on legal documents, frequent changes on contracts, put limits on booking availability for people who finished their contract but want touch ups. Long hours, nasty clients.

      Coworkers you work with in the clinic are amazing.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, unattainable bonus structure that changes constantly. The company laid off tons of people including medical providers due to the schedule being slow towards the beginning of the year. Typical corporate mentality regarding employees. Nurse practitioners who had been here 5, 10 years got let go so easily. They do not care about their employees. No time for free treatments. Hours are not good. Weekends and evenings are required. They switch off between wanting you to work as many hours as possible to cutting the hours every other month. The management is terrible. I could go on and on. I do not recommend working here. After all the lay offs, everyone is wondering who's next. It's all about money.
