      Pros

      There is a great culture at Ideal Image, with a great atmosphere to match. There are a lot opportunities for growth when you find your strengths. Senior management does a great job at seeing strengths and investing in them. Which leads you to a lot of personal growth. You also get to take advantage of services that make you feel good, which shows the clients how they too will feel good.

      Cons

      I don't have any "cons" per say, what I can say is we are ever changing and learning. Senior management listens to feedback of the field to best assist not only our clients but how to better support the staff to help them become successful. Positive continued growth.
