The people I worked with were great, that is about the only pro I can think of.

Cons

You cannot get in touch with management ever, to address anything you need. They never email back, though they send daily emails about the importance of sells. They drive sells regardless of if the patient is a candidate for treatment. Therefore, the sales consultants sell products that the clients don’t need or that won’t benefit the clients so we can clients come in to complain all the time, but rightfully so. I have mentioned this many times to the manager and she is not interested in that, just selling products. They also never give you your free treatments.

Sometimes, if you are lucky enough you can get a free service

Cons

Everything. They harass you to make calls. They will message you even if you are actively doing something else ( emails or text) to jump back on the phones. Rules change constantly. Harass the customers who inquire about services. They make you feel like you should be working even on your days off
