Pros

There are some great people trying to thrive and friendships will be made.

Cons

They have made so many changes it is impossible to make money. Every couple of months they restructure commission and incentives making it harder and harder to survive. Free employee treatments? This is 100% a lie! They will not honor this. They promise this during training and hire but they do not actually allow it. If you want a treatment as an employee you pay full price just like everyone else. Biggest disappointment is how they will turn a blind eye if there is fraudulent practices by employees as long as they are making the company money. It leaves you feeling defeated. In this company if you want to win and be successful, you need to cheat.

Pros

Good income potential. No cold calling. Remote options-although they are not hiring many of those anymore.

Cons

Refunds are the worst part of the job. The company like to process the majority of them on the last few days of the month which is very challenging to plan you month around. 401k is are not impressive- very low match. They say that you will get free treatments when they hire you but that doesn't actually happen. The schedule you to work extra at the end of the month. They don't care about family or work life balance at all.

-Occasional free treatment, subject to change though

Cons

-No opportunity for growth -Complete disconnect from center to corporate -Money hungry/unethical terms and conditions placed upon clients, lower level employees have to explain these agreements and suffer the repercussions and pushback -Constant turnover
