Micromanagement Too much emphasis on scrum, given more importance even than work. Scrum masters are acting managers No open source technologies to work on Time tracking! Company is strictly against WFH Boasts too much about the pay! No hr policies

Easy going relaxed environment and good work life balance.

Cons

Lack of drive to innovate and improve solutions. Because of the model of buying up end of life products and just maintaining existing customers, old junk gets extended rather than improved and replaced.
