Great Portfolio of products Has a lot of potential if senior management focused on the same aim Very wide portfolio which supports a large number of institutions - great exposure into different businesses

Cons

Very negative morale No clear vision Employees do not feel valued Micro-managed - all decisions must be taken by a few select number of people causing immense delays No communication from Senior Management which leads to frustration
