Pros

Team mates were of good nature. (not a pro for company, btw)

Cons

Useless and incompetent Indian managers, good for boot lickers, not really meant for people who believe in doing good work as you will be given more and more work until you decide to quit one day. No replacement of staffs who left. In the name of replacement college kids will join every year which will increase the workload on people to train them, instead of helping them. And once they gets ready to deliver something meaningful, they will be rotated to another projects. And the cycle goes on.. Separate policies and work methods for Indian and people abroad in the same role. Indian office is nothing but a place for cheap labor to the company. Using legacy tech stack. They use their own frameworks, which are are very old. So no scope for leanings new technologies. You will realize this when you try to switch and start giving interviews.

Pros

Used to be a business with talented and motivated staff before ION acquisition. A great culture in the past which is no more

Cons

No respect, zero transparency, no communication with the people who built the business they acquired. They do not listen. They do not care who you are, only who they are. They force a restructuring of the operation which causes chaos across teams across regions. They mess up how clients should be well looked after. Plan, incentives and guidelines change every day if not every hour. Statements from top management on how amazing the business will be, no one sees it. Kill motivation and loyalty. Vast of experienced and valuable staff left and still are leaving.
