You have to work 9hrs from office everyday. The management doesn't care about employee benefits or wellbeing. Working after your work hours will impact your performance in a good way. Management is the worst they don't listen to employee feedback. Favoritism and politics is there. Too much micromanagement, if you are short by completing your hours in office by even a minute, you will receive a rude message and they even deduct the leaves for that. You just get 5 WFH per quarter, they don't even consider medical emergencies.
