      Can gain decent knowledge on the industry if you are early in your career

      Cons

      Recent mass layoffs including key roles on all levels, disregarding if there are anyone that can replace them with no handover. Something is seriously wrong with the company. Client service is disregarded, I don't understand what they plan to do once they start losing more clients. Mediocre compensation and low advancement opportunities. Low visibility between teams. Zero communication and visibility from senior management.

      Pros

      It used to be a great place to learn and grow. Now, most control is with a few old-timers, and decisions are often made without a proper understanding of the situation.

      Cons

      It was once a good company, but things have changed over time. Expectations have become unrealistic, and layoffs happen suddenly without clear reasons. People who simply agree with seniors tend to survive, even when leadership lacks proper knowledge or direction. The older acquired projects have no proper processes, and workplace politics are heavily influenced by certain leads. Overall, it may not be the best place for long-term career growth.
