      Few good people still standing..

      Cons

      If you are person who want to learn or grow or both, please reconsider before making the biggest mistake in your career. -Huge favoritism culture (bet once you see, will find no comparision in any Software company). -No personal growth -Below average technology use. -Salary is peanut in comparision with workload pain and stress. -You will learn nothing useful

      Is not at all focused on employee satisfaction!

      Pros

      - good salary as per market standards (mid tier) - treasury/payment domain is good - work life balance is possible - you are not expected to hog hours just for the sake of it.

      Cons

      - completely ignorant of their employees satisfaction - hence VERY high attrition - they don't have enough HR's to care about employee well being - very limited visibility about changes and the business - opportunities are given based on favouritism and not talent - Flat hierarchy might sound interesting at first but in a larger organization its a big negative - you get a feeling that you are not growing at all. - they don't spend anything on motivating events, its a big problem with India heads - who only care about events where 90% of the company employees don't participate. - no attractive benefits in comparison

      Pros

      The only positive is there are some great, supportive and compassionate individuals in the business who absolutely want to do the right thing for colleagues and customers alike

      Cons

      It's just that none of these people occupy the leadership positions of power in ION - this all sits with people singularly lacking in compassion or thought for human beings
