Pros

People within teams are good but upper managements and HR doesn’t care much. Pay is average as per current market but they think they are Pay masters. Gone are the days. Management needs to understand current market trends and atleast be polite about that. ION can be very good but their management talking absurd things make you feel bad about working here.

Cons

They doesn't care much about their employees. Everytime they do townhall just brag about csr, nothing which employees will be happy to listen. They do everything in power to make employees feel like they are working in a bad company. They can be polite but no they don’t care much.

Pros

Launchpad for many LDPs On time salary

Cons

Same appraisal for all irrespective of level or years of experience (generally exceptions are very rare) Dry promotions or only responsibility increase but not increase in package Politics is there most of the teams are doing very old stuff No employee benefits apart from fixed salary (even flexi benefit is very non optimized) Only parallel offer can help someone to stay there for 3+ years (that too if person gets parallel offer they mostly never stays here as they get better brand and better culture than ION even after salary match)

Pros

Only pros might be the company name.

Cons

If you were ever offered a job here please accept it only if they send a formal offer letter in writing and they let you join within a week or two. They discuss the offer verbally and keep postponing your joining date (even a year) saying their hiring process is very slow. They won't tell this before interviewing or immediately after the interview. Don't lose other offers you have for this one when you have an option. I see lot of candidates complaining about the same in the reviews.
