Talented Colleagues Very good infrastructure Non-hierarchical Respectful and collaborative environment If someone is used to getting hand holding and just doing things which are told and wait for instructions, then ION may not be the place for them This place is meant for people who take ownership, accountability for their work and take pride in growing with the company.

Cons

Less extra curricular activities to relax. Though team members are great company over coffee but having some activities would be good.
