Pros

Nice building . Although toilets not so nice

Cons

Owner lied to everyone. Told us they were going to keep the sales culture, they did not . Made sales redundant. HR never paid commissions.

Pros

Only the office space and setup is the pro. They give good inflated salary to attract people, who otherwise would be too sceptical to join.

Cons

There's so much, it is hard to decide where to start. Some quick points: 1. Clueless leadership. From the interviews to initiatives, upper leadership to the team managers, hardly anyone has any idea of the actual ground work and functioning of products. 2. Too much work, too little help. Since mostly sycophants of managers and indian leaders get benefits, and actual experienced devs quit this toxic place... no real knowledge is preserved in teams. When things go south, the low levels are instantly blamed without letting them defend. 3. No real exposure. They promise and advertise rotations bigtime, but you can only dream of that here, unless you're very close to the higher ups. 4. Unrealistic expectations. You would get a taste of this from your interview itself, if the work-life balance topic is brought up. You are expected to STAY in the office for atleast 10+ hours, and give atleast +1 hour for an initiative everyday. This is on top of giving unrealistic annual targets so they can justify poor appraisals later on. 5. No job security. The other negative reviews here are not lying (found out the hard way). Not achieving targets? layed off. Questioning managers, leaders or their decisions? layed off. Not spending 10+ hours in office? layed off. No warnings, no intimidation, no consideration of dependency, nothing. It is a one man company at this point. 6. Fake people. Culture drips down from the top, so no surprise there. People here (including managers) are constantly on the lookout to sabotage YOUR progress to make themselves look safe in the yearly rounds of layoffs. 6. Poor flexibility. You get barely 22-ish leaves compared to the standard 28 leaves everywhere else. You would anyways be expected to work beyond it. WFH is donated like pieces of gold here, forget about having that privilege. Regardless of how much you have to travel, they entertain no reasoning for not being in the office for decided hours, otherwise your manager and HR are quick to warn you on mail. Anyways, I wish I settled in for a lower paying job which offered more peace of mind than this toxic work culture. Unless you have relatives in the global leadership, beware of this company.

Pros

Water filter is nice. Its refreshing for when you're angry. helps you cool off.

Cons

Micromanagement Hell. I worked at 2 previous companies where ive made massive strides and been commended but here I cant even get an email or an excel table OR EVEN send a teams message without approval. what a joke. You're given a 2 week project, heres a week to do it alongside 5-6 other pieces of work.... honestly theres 0 work-life balance. I took this job because its closer to home but now i end up getting home later than my old job which was a 3hr commute? Also I'm convinced that the 5* reviews are made by employees who are forced to. They are all from the Indian offices which is notorious for being run badly and their reviews are like 1 line.
