- Good work - you get to learn both business and technology - Good work culture - team work and supportive work environment - Company has taken excellent initiatives to help employees in current pandemic - Skilled and capable colleagues - Very nice office but currently working from home

- Company is lagging behind in terms of salaries but they have tried to do some catch up during this year's compensation reviews - No referral bonus - Lack of communication from Leadership
