Management is non-existent. Personnel are there to take blame without evidence of any wrong-doing. Technology is treated like machinery - "I dont understand why we need new technology as demand increases. Make due with what you have."

1. Zero Transparency 2. The lack of experienced individuals and professional discipline made for a chaotic and amateurish work environment. Work culture is irresponsible and seniors are incompetent. 3. No methodology or depth in technical solutions and decisions are driven by naive people. 4. Fake experts with mistaken identity/skill are working in organization and there is nobody to check this.
