It's like a government job, mostly fixed working hours, pay is decent Work is not complex If you want to chill spend time with your family, dedicate time to your hobbies, study for other companies/exams, all the while getting a more than decent in hand salary. This is the place to be

Worst work culture Manager's are the worst. They have not yet evolved into the 21st century and think of you as slaves. Company is basically a front for doing maintanence work.
