1. Product based organisation. 2. Work life balance. 3. Can settle for long time in organisation. 4. Good pay structure.

Cons

1. Need to develop structure and portals for everything like resignation , Referrals , Learning platforms , Role switching. 2. No latest technology stack. 3. No team fun activities. 4. Should start with one to one meetings with manager for employee growth plan. 5. Need to build proper agile methodology for task distribution and capacity planning.

Pros

Work Life Balance is valued and imbibed in ION's culture. I doubt if anyone is too stressed here. Learning of freshers matters here a lot. Employees get free subscription to an edtech platform

Cons

Other than work Life Balance, rest of the culture and experience of employees varies team to team. Some teams and managers are empathetic while some aren't. Employee satisfaction might not be good as other work there are a few or no employee engagement or team building events. There are not much additional perks. Not even transport.
