The people who work for ION (acquired or recruited) pretty universally care about what they do and making a positive contribution to the success of ION's customers and employees.

Cons

Those people are working for an organisation that is toxic - management don't care about human beings one iota. They are happy to churn through people, use them up and casually discard them when they have what they want.
