      Friendly culture among lower level employees Good for people in their 20s Excellent work-life balance depending on job function

      Cons

      Bad communication from senior management. Virtually none whatsoever. Terrible senior management, absolutely awful. They've implemented two rounds of layoffs in less than a year, without notice or warning. In fact, employees were receiving positive news + feedback in the last month ahead of giving the axe to many long-term employees.

      Actually Ion was the best thing that happened to me as it forced me to look for a new job.

      Cons

      Will buy a company and destroy it. This happened to Fidessa. Don't believe any of their promises as all of them are lies.
