      1) ION is a very good company to work for and has good managers 2) It is a great place where you will learn a lot and grow 3) People are too helpful and genuine 4) Even the director of the company is very grounded and down to earth. Really amazing to work with such humble people 5) Flexible work environment 6) Good compensations are offered to employees which is way above than market standards

      Cons

      1) Cabs are only provided only to night shift people 2) No free food facility.
