There are many teams doing pretty good stuff in Fintech. Has a wide array if hundreds of fintech products with a strong market presence and leadership.

Cons

Team culture changes drastically as all teams are one of the hurdreds of acquired companies. No vertical growth policy. Promotions are very rare.
