      Pros

      Salaries are paid on time. Your manager can't replace you, so you can be crap at your job and you won't get fired - even 25% of someone is better than 0%.

      Cons

      Built on leverage from buying companies with an established customer base, and is absolutely not a dynamic or successful new business sales org. People are not replaced when they leave, so you will get squeezed to do more and more jobs, which is why they don't have job titles (all 3+ won't fit on your business card and you will only be paid for one anyway).
