      1. The company gives you enough time to get acquainted with Corporate atmosphere (in case of freshers). 2. People at ION are always willing to help in case of any issues. 3. The Leadership Development Program for freshers during the initial three years allows freshers to change their domain/teams once every year, thus enabling them to do what they love. 4. The package is higher than the average market standard.

      I personally have not faced any issues with the company till now.
