Lack of ownership with the tasks that you do Lack of solving challening problems Recently implemented a time logging system, it gives a feeling that they don't trust their employees. That sinks the morale down. Sick leaves included in your total leaves which is low

Good benefits, matching 401k. The most enjoyable part of my job was collaborating with people both inside and outside the company

Cons

It was an unorganized company with unorganized project delivery methodology. Concentration on switching platforms to .Net has held back development of the software.
