- Immense opportunities and a lot of potential products and roles to tap into - lot of On-site / offshore opportunities

Cons

- Work culture depends heavily on your manager. I have a really good one, I know others who have ION because of heir micro-managers - Non-Dev roles can have Off shifs( night early morning etc]
