      This company is extremely unprofessional in not only their hiring process but their correspondence. Shortly after the Superday for their LDP, I received a verbal offer stating that a formal offer is coming in the next few days and is just awaiting HR approval. Weeks pass & I reach out, only to be told that they are still waiting on approval. Then a month and a half with no contact & being completely ghosted by all contacts within the organization. I then receive an email 2 months after the initial offer saying they can no longer offer me full time employment. Horrible management and set up. Extremely embarrassing for the company.

      Pros

      Good package offered during joining. Less difference between take home salary and CTC.

      Cons

      Absolutely no recreational activity. No Table tennis, no pool, no carrom. Absolutely nothing. Scrum masters are promoted as dev managers which makes zero sense.
