Good place to work. Lots of domain are available Good Work life balance

Cons

Management are very harsh sometimes and they don't even listen to what you problem is sometimes its very dictatorship types. Knowledge gaps between the teams No proper orientation on how one to proceed with future career growth There is no as such internal job transfers, unless otherwise you force one to do so. Techlonogy being used is outdated. ION doesn't provide any allowances even if you are working in night shifts.
