      Pros

      Finance sector. Vip clients. Competition is not brilliant.

      Cons

      Ran by a trader and poor managers. their employee are a cost they try to reduce to a minimum, hoping for the best from them. invest only on external growth. Wrong tech choices. no open discussion, just shut up, listen and work for nuts.

      Pros

      Visibility to senior management, if you can manage that. Otherwise, if you're a slacker who doesn't mind sitting around and doing the bare minimum, leaving when you like then this is the perfect place for you.

      Cons

      People are leaving on a weekly basis. Knowledge drain is happening across the board and there aren't many mid-level resources left to train the new analysts that come in.
