Pros
Incredibly competent and friendly team of people working there, and there was always a sense that people were willing to help out where possible to ensure that clients were getting the information/service they needed.
Cons
Management imposed many policies and processes without much (or any) feedback from employees, and we were expected to simply find a way to make these policies work. Feedback was essentially disregarded as they were caught up in creating standardized practices across all products and regions, in spite of the fact that each product really did have its own needs and challenges.
