      Seriously under utilized capabilities like Employees, brands, technology, market share etc; because decision making is handled by one person who is arrogant and clueless, pathetic actually.

      Good company to work for in the initial years, growth plateaus over time. Helpful seniors in a lot of teams Focus on sports and health of employees

      Cons

      Very few teams work on latest tech stack, else there is legacy code. Compensation to work ratio is inconsistent with respect to job roles(Client Services, Project Manager Analysts), I have seen people do absolutely nothing and still make the same money. Less number of leaves as per market standard. Favoritism and biases do exist at top management positions, especially in India. HR people can REALLY improve.
