      Pros

      To be honest, none. They may attract you with good compensation initially, but in my experience, it eventually turns out to be a trap.

      Cons

      Biased managers. You constantly have to please your manager and remain in the good books of upper management. The company is led by dictators, not true leaders. The management is spineless and unethical. They praise you one day and stab you in the back the next. People here survive by playing dirty politics, especially the leadership and upper management. Overall, it’s a toxic company filled with toxic management and backstabbers.
