- Very few good people to work with. - Just a little competitive salary for Noida Location.

Cons

- Ask to leave employees without prior intimation, on the very last day you and your team will be informed about your termination. - Employees with 1 or 10 year in organization are treated equally when asked to leave. and trust me termination is very common here. - Extreme bias and favoritism, For good career growth you need to be best in buttering skills and laugh on pathetic jokes of your manager. - No personal and career growth. - No latest technologies, nothing much from learning perspective. - Worst Work life balance, very stressful work hours. - Salary will look good initially when you will join in comparison to other companies in Noida but after 1-2 appraisal cycles you will start lagging to your counterparts.

The company HR department is staffed by incompetent self-righteous people who are always looking to reduce your salary. You work incredibly long hours and get very little compensation. The bureaucracy is suffocating, as an LDP analyst you get zero freedom and zero opportunity to shy

1. Really fun year end party. 2. Colleagues were of good nature.

Cons

1. Some incompetent managers try to micro-manage. 2. Only 2-3 people in HR department for 300+ employees. You can imagine the work being done on employee friendly policies. 3. Old tech stack and architecture. I realised it after I joined another company and saw the tech being used there. 4. Separate policies and work methods for Indian and people abroad in the same role. Indian office is nothing but a place for cheap labor to the company.
