Pros

The company provides good exposure to design projects and gives designers the opportunity to work with different teams. It is a good environment to improve technical skills, understand project coordination, and learn more about design documentation. The team is generally professional, and the work can be a good experience for someone who wants to grow in architectural or interior design.

Cons

The workload can sometimes be busy, especially when deadlines are tight. More clear communication about priorities, project timelines, and expectations would help the design team work more efficiently.

Pros

Great benefits, Interesting people, diverse work enviroment.

Cons

Micromanaged on site roles, minimal support for employee needs, talk of growth but few real opportunities, many interpersonal agendas and politics. too many managers, too few workers. Most people don't know what is required of them, be they managers or subordinates.
