Pros

A lot of young people in a young store! Customers love our home furnishing and think we are, as coworkers experts in home furniture. Every stores have an internal big office open spaced and a restaurant for employees. The organization is horizontal, we work side by side with our responsibles and talk with them in a informal way

Cons

Too much competition besides coworkers, in about some weeks you can see coworkers as you take responsibilities without any reasons. There are no way to select the amount of hours you want to work, i.e. coming from a part time you will not choose to do a full time job or work more hours.
