Pros

Low prices for customers. At managers level and back-office roles it start to be a normal job,

Cons

From Team Leader down to co-workers is very hard to work. The management push huge pressure on you, physically and mentally. HR department mostly useless and arrogant that doesn't answer of their mistakes or poor performances, nobody measure their performance. It is the real weak point of Ikea. Every year there is a fake anonymous survey for co-workers to judge the leaders/management. Even though many bad managers got horrible feedbacks and very low score from all their team nothing ever happened to them or worst got promoted if they made money for their department. Pointless instrument to fool the co-workers.
