IBM Mumbai is good but not completely.

Pros

Clients are good. We do get leaves as per client's calendar. IBM salary looks good for first 2 years, after that max 3% hike is given to all employees. IBM projects are really good at Pune and bangalore.

Cons

Salary seems less even you worked well if your band is more than equal to 6B . Bonus must be increased atleast 6-7% if you compare with market. IBM projects are very less in Mumbai. Sometimes we do get confused with the hierarchy. Work life balance is on project basis.
