Pros
1. Flexible work from home time. 2. Team is small but it depends on the product in IBM cloud, so there will be so much to work on and learn. 3. Many new and widely used coding languages and technologies are used within same team, this helps in learning and developing new skills. 4. Internet broadband reimbursement. 5. Lot of learning opportunities. 6. My team is really good, manager and lead understands your concerns and will help you to resolve them. 7. Management is good. 8. Work life and personal life balance is good so far. I cannot compare with other companies as this is mostly depends on the employee.
Cons
1. Perks and benifits are okay and way less to other cloud providers companies. 2. Food on site is not good. Not worth for what you pay😕 3. Three coffees or tea will be free after that you will have to pay. 4. You get UPS and headset which is okay. 5. The laptop charge holds good for 3 to 4hrs with continuous work. The UPS back up is 30mins max which was given by company. Bangalore power cuts are way more than this in summer. This doesn't match up at all. But still we can goto office during these times. This was a major issue during covid lockdowns. I had to buy better UPS by myself. There is no reimbursement for anything other than broadband as of now.
