- Pays well and is stable. - Get to work at many companies and learn about what works and what doesn't - As you change work, you get to experience a wide breadth of technology stacks - Work remotely - Benefits are mid

Cons

- It is project based and therefore you must projects to bill to/work, otherwise you will not make it. - People can get stuck with client projects that they don't like or the tech stack that they don't like. - Culture is seriously lacking in certain parts of the company, but there are exceptions.
