Pros

Flexibility to work from home, which increases life quality. Diversity and inclusion cultures well defined and lived.

Cons

Different ranges of % Profit Share program depending on employees' salary range. They play with this % to negotiate yearly salary adjustment based on year inflation. You have big chances to become an specialist on IBM tools which may not be that much used outside in the market. Promotions are usually associated with how politic you are than how you really perform in projects.
