Pros

Good benefits, got a decent severance package after getting laid off. Fully remote for non-manager employees when I left by the end of 2024.

Cons

The consulting part of the company is a bureaucratic mess. In over 2 years as a data scientist, I maybe did 5% data science work, which was mostly generative AI. The rest of my job was either applying for projects or being put on projects that have nothing to do with any of my technical background. Wasted two years of my life here. Often got asked to work overtime on several projects but then told I was only allowed to bill the regular 40 hours which I'm pretty sure is against company policy. The rules are loose at the employee's expense so as to not upset the client lol.
