Flexible hours of working.Good network of knowledge resources.

Cons

Lack of career progression.Employee career aspirations are forsaken for the sake of project.Absolute non transparency in perks and benefit policies.Neither quality of work nor good compensation. Fitment for existing employees on par with the lateral hires is very absurd.Overall, not a good company if one wants to pursue in a technical stream. Only managers can do well here.

Great pay and benefits, environment very professional, opportunity for continuing education are abundant, customer is of utmost importance as is the image and reputation of IBM

Cons

Egos are plentiful as Type A personalities are abundant. The use of the work I is more common than WE.

Cons

Ability to work from Home or wherever. Getting your name out there in a company of 300,000 employees. It's not easy to see Global resourcing all around you.
