Pros

Work life balance is the primary reason to work in this company. Management approves thw work from home option and this is a blessing for working mothers although you end up more working from home

Cons

There is a very slow growth of career. The pay is relatively less compared to other similar companies

Pros

salary and challenge. it is a good place to work for a fresh student out of the college but might not be a best place for seasoned developer who might want to achieve something. salary wise this is okay but not the best. work culture wise it is good. good ethics are there but it also depends on the group that you work in. some people have good skills and knowledge sharing but many do not possess that and do not know how to keep the talent within the company. it also depends on the manager that you work under

Cons

salary is sometimes completely arbitary and not proprotionate to talent
