      Pros

      Best Company to be working in this decade in my experience. There is a guaranteed work-life balance and we often get to meet leaders/partners with whom we can talk freely about any career related issue. So much to add but if you have a matching skill set to one of the job roles/titles. As a no brainer just apply!

      Cons

      As a Consultant in a tier - 2 city or as we call it an ETC(Emerging tech center) it is next to impossible to switch your city or choice of work location
