      - quick professional growth for junior talents. Good place for juniors to start building up their expertise - involvement in the business front line - good medical insurance

      - widespread mismanagement - inefficient and lenghty company processes for almost anything, from business to personal matters - continuous management and staffers turnover - low capabilities of the management, with no knowledge of European markets and contexts - no visibility or foreseeability of company's decisions and strategies - poor organizational design - extreme centralization of all decisions at HQ level - growth ceiling for non - HQ staffers. Salary-competitiveness diminishes as the time runs by - no work-life balance - very limited welfare programs - no care for diversity & inclusion
