      - Employees are not made to feel valued and important - Absurdly stupid and useless attendance and timing rules - Lack of time to pursue personal techinal assignments - Enocurage people who slog - Lack of balance in work life vs personal life.

      Pros

      If you are a work alcoholic, join huawei. Don't expect complex work. There would easy work but loads of it. Performance is recognized, but only in terms of how many hours do you spend in the office. One good reason would be to stay with an Asian company with a fast emerging domain(telecom), They are capturing all the 3rd world country markets, with there economical equipment and products and end to end solutions.

      Cons

      Compromise Quality, go with quantity. Salary would not be so great, but still better than many other Asian companies.
