      1. good exposure to work 2. lot of opportunity to travel to China. 3. Allowed to wear cloths which is comfortable

      Cons

      1. work is not at all planned, anything comes need to execute at the same time. 2. Everything is having same priority, So need to work day/night to complete.

      Good place to start but bad work culture

      Pros

      Good place to kick off your career as freshers. Good learning & more responsibility is given to younger people. Company making good profits & expanding its business, so can expect on-site opportunities & good hikes. Working with technically sound people.

      Cons

      Bad work culture affecting personal life. Managers expect you stay late night (sometimes till 1-2) every day. Due to the pressurized environment, brings up a bad relationship with co-workers. Have to work on Weekends also. Entire decision making by HQ & no say for folks from other country. Stressful monotonous work can hampers learning. Average graded employee are paid badly. Bad managers, lacking complete management skills. No Laptop. No work from home option. Gmail, yahoomail, orkut, facebook, etc etc blocked from company web.
