      learn new things in a short time travel abroad getting experiences make money before you get skilled in job

      Cons

      no respect shown from management no holiday allowed when busy no overtime pay considered no promotion space for non-Chinese

      Pros

      You will be able to accomplish a lot of things and be given a lot of responsibilities. The opportunity to meet a lot of amazing talented individual internal and externally.

      Cons

      There isn't much work life balance. it's pretty much work work work, so if you are into that type of role, then go for it. From a cultural stand point, it is definitely more Chinese as it is an Asian firm.

      Pros

      Good Pay, variable component is always paid, and increased bonuses as you go up the ladder. Job rotation is taken up seriously Excellent place for freshers to learn - cases reported that ex-freshers with 2 yrs are taken in by competitors without even interviews!

      Cons

      Management needs a reality check in terms of treating people Facilities are still stuck in the 18th century - there needs to be a great revolution to bring about a change.
