Inexperienced management. There is no career advancement for none Chinese employees. It might be a good JOB for someone fresh from the university to learn about technology. No work life balance. It is not a multinational company. It is just a Chinese company operating in multiple countries

Racist company. Chinese people are acting superior to Europeans and it makes the work day terrible. The Chinese leaders are like small kids that behave like they come directly from kindergarten. They have no experience in management or leadership and have difficulties in basic communication with Europeans in English. Almost all Chinese people in Huawei Europe has cultural and language problems. They spit, fart and has problems understanding how toilets work in Europe. They act and behave like they were back On the product side Huawei is untrustworthy and telling lies about features and functions. Huawei is company that will soon have less business in Europe when its customers realizes that they sell features and services that never will be delivered.
