      Pros

      Huawei is a good company in which you can grow up faster on your competencies/skills. Company offers several internal trainings in order to let employee improve their capabilities. Salary package is in line with the other companies in the telecommunication field.

      Sometimes you can feel high pressure or overloaded, and you've to adapt yourself to work under pressure.

      Huawei is a very dynamic and fast-paced company that expects serious effort from its employees, but it also highly rewards and supports any growth ambition that you may have. It took me some time to adjust but the international environment, the celebration of different traditions, and the interaction with colleagues has made my experience essential for my professional and professional growth.
